1.2. Almond Furniture online store and the products supplied through them are provided by www.almondfurniture.co.uk (referred to here as "Online Store", “website”, “we”, “our”, “us”). When we refer to “you”, “your”, "user", "buyer' or "customer" we mean the user of www.almondfurniture.co.uk and purchaser of goods.
1.3. Other important legal terms are set out in our Privacy policy and cookie policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you also agree to Privacy policy and cookie policy, all of which form part of a legally binding contract between Online Store and Customer.

3. Online and phone order process

3.1 Order online through the Online Store

3.1.1. Find the product you are interested. You can do this by using the search engine, or using one of the menu: the upper horizontal categories based on the room or side vertical categories based on the type of product.
3.1.2. Change of your product attributes (eg. Width of the wardrobe, colour). Changing attributes can cause an automatic change of the price of the product.
3.1.3. Click ADD TO BASKET
3.1.4. If you want to add more products to your basket click CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you want to purchase the selected objects, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
3.1.5. Completion of an order:
3.1.5.1. The table shows the products in the basket and their price and a summary of cost. Check the data in the basket. If you want to remove a product, click trash icon on the right side of the table. To realize voucher or discount code, enter the code in the section: "Vouchers". If the information is correct go lower.
3.1.5.2. To complete the order we need information about buyer and delivery address. If you already have an account - please log in. If you do not have an account you can create it or use the guest checkout and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. If the billing address is different than the delivery address, select "Please use another address for invoice". After entering and checking the data click "Save address for delivery" and go lower.

4. Delivery and m

4.1 Place of delivery


4.1.1. We will deliver to the delivery address specified for delivery.
4.1.2. The location of deliver must be in mainland United Kingdom (exclude Orkney, Shetland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland).
4.1.3. In case of any offshore supply, we will complete delivery to location at a United Kingdom port of your choice or a designated carrier.
4.1.4. Customer should check the size of purchased furniture to make sure that there is enough space for them to provide
4.1.5. To ensure the smooth delivery of the order, should give us as many details which may have an impact on supply (eg Are there any parking restrictions? Are there any difficulties with transport?)


4.2 Delivery time


4.2.1. Online Shop provides people to bring furniture into the home if delivery is made in England. In the case of deliveries to Wales and Scotland, it is up to the buyer to provide the right people to bring the furniture.
4.2.2.The approximate delivery time is shown on the product page.
4.2.3. A week before the planned delivery date, we will contact you, to determine the exact date.
4.2.4. We do our best to deliver goods within the estimated timeframes, but delays are occasionally inevitable because of unforeseen factors.
4.2.5. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 People receiving


4.3.1. Ensuring the right people to bring furniture is the responsibility of the buyer.
4.3.2. All risk in the ordered goods is transferred to person receiving when goods are delivered to the address specified in order
4.3.5. Customer should immediately inform the Online Store that will not be able to personally accept delivery.
4.3.4. If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. For this purpose, please send an e-mail address name and surname of the person. This must be an adult.
4.3.5. Person receiving should check the goods and have to sign the delivery document showing that delivery took place, the number of items is correct and that the product has no visible damage. 4.4 Goods


4.4.1. All the furniture are transported in packs for self-assembly.
4.4.2. Most often the case that every piece of furniture consists of many packs. However, the package may have sometimes large size (eg. wardrobes, corner sofas). Please reasonable to prepare the place of receipt and early contact in case of any queries.

4.5 Assembly of furniture


4.5.1. The assembly of furniture is carried out a few days after delivery. We will contact you after delivery to determine the details and possible date.
4.5.2. The installers will mount the furniture. They also attachcabinets to the wall if the furniture or its part is hanging.
4.5.3. The assembly price is shown in the product page.
4.5.4. Amount will not be added to cart. It is collected by the installer after the assembly of the furniture.
4.5.5. You can cancel the assembly after receiving the parcels if you think you will be able to handle it yourself.
4.5.6. Please do not remove items from the parcels before the editor arrives. In cases where the elements are pulled out or when the contracting authority begins installation prior to the assembler's arrival, the assembler may refuse assembly or require additional payment for assembly.

4.6 Cost


4.6.1. The delivery and bringing price is given in the product description. The exact amount is calculated after adding the product to the cart and choosing the transport option
4.6.2. The assembly cost is set individually for the product and displayed on the product page.

5. Payment and prices

5.1.  Payments can be made on delivery, by bank transfer or by PayPal. Pay for products does not imply acceptance by us order. In the case of non-acceptance by us order, you will receive as soon as possible a refund (up to 14 days from the date the customer is informed that the contract had not been accepted).
5.2.  Payment for installation is made after the service. Please pay a fixed amount to the intaller
5.3.  Prices listed on Online Shop do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total price of the order. Unless otherwise stated, all prices in the shop include VAT and other applicable taxes.
5.4.  Although we make sure that all prices quoted on the Website are correct, errors may occur. When Online Shop discovers an error in the price of goods ordered by the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case the customer has the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the online store is unable to contact the customer the order is canceled. If canceled orders have already been paid, the customer will receive a full refund.


6. Complaints and Returns

6.1 Complaint

6.1.1. Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used or installed. Save your document as proof of purchase orders.
6.1.2. To report the damage or deficiencies in the purchased set, send by email a completed Letter of complaint. Available below.
6.1.3. Letter of complaint shall be sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail: complaint@almondfurniture.co.uk
6.1.4. In case the reason for the complaint is damaged item, please attach images to the Letter of complaint (max. 5Mb in one message).
6.1.5. We will contact you within 14 days. Usually we offer replacement or repair.

6.2 Returns and changes

6.2.1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the product without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product.
6.2.2. The exception is a product other than the standard, with specified by the customer, eg. change by the customer attributes under "Customize Product". In this case, the Online Store is not obligated to accept the return.
6.2.3. In order to cancel the purchase, you have to within 14 days of receipt of goods, send an appropriate statement to the following address:

6.2.4. Within 14 days of receipt of the declaration, we will contact the customer to agree details of return.
6.2.5. Returned goods should be delivered by the customer at the agreed time and address.
6.2.6. To the returned goods, customer attach a declaration containing the bank details to which you want the money to be returned.
6.2.7. The value of the goods will be returned to the indicated in a statement account within 14 days of receipt of goods by Us with a declaration containing the bank details.
6.2.8. Returned goods must not be damaged or bear traces of use. It has to be carefully packed in its original packaging.
6.2.9.  In the case of a returned product is defective or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the extent of damage and defects.
6.3.0. If you want to modify your order as soon as possible notify us via email or phone. Changing the order likely will change the date and / or price of the goods.
6.3.1. If you want to cancel the transaction before receiving the product as soon as possible notify Online Shop via e-mail or phone. If purchase relates to a product referred to in Section 6.2.2., and already begun the process of its manufacture, Online Store can hold the relevant part or all of the money paid by the customer (including the down payment).

7. Liability and indemnity

7.1.  You must follow any advice and informations we give you to keep products we supply to you safe (including instructions provided with the products). We are not responsible for damage to products we have supplied which is because of your failure to follow this advice.
7.2.  Terms and conditions doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7.3.  We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we are not responsible for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information.


8. Intellectual property

8.1.  You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all materials and content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
8.2.  You acknowledge and agree that the intelectual property contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit.


9. Other

9.1.  We will not be liable to you for any loss that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time of our accept the order.
9.2.  We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy and cookie policy if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control.
9.3. In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy and cookie policy information is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and both will still be bound by them.
9.3.  This agreement is governed by English law unless you live in Scotland in which case it will be governed by Scots law.
